Howeva, in reality, who cares... you dun shoot them and they'll shoot you... better shoot those paratroopers while they're floating or prepared to get killed when they land... lol
actually unlanded paratroopers can be shot while on the way to ground because they are still considered a combatant and a participant of the conflict.
people who cannot be "disturbed" are combatants that have signalled clearly their intentions to surrender.
obviously, non-combatants and civilians are protected from conflicts.
but do note that civilians are only protected from DELIBERATE attacks.
Victims of collateral damage are simply unfortunately that... victims.
