This is the Sedition act.
Now here is the question.
If I go down to BORDERS and pick up a copy of Mein Kampf, by Adolf hitler. I would be owning a copy of a seditious article. Would I be liable to get charged? Or is borders gonna get charged?
Just curious.
In anycase, im not defending the 2 blokes that got charged. Hope this incident serves an "encouragement" for us to take ownership of our words.
