Bloggers Charged Under Sedition Act

Sorrry posted here cos I saw the posts on the other boards were crap. Hope to see some substantial replies here regarding this subject matter.

This is the Sedition act.
Now here is the question.
If I go down to BORDERS and pick up a copy of Mein Kampf, by Adolf hitler. I would be owning a copy of a seditious article. Would I be liable to get charged? Or is borders gonna get charged?
Just curious.
In anycase, im not defending the 2 blokes that got charged. Hope this incident serves an "encouragement" for us to take ownership of our words. -

True. But owning a seditious publication also can get charged leh.
Another thing. If a particular Singaporean Blogger likes to crudely criticise contraversial matters and pisses other Singaporeans off. Can they be charged, since the act also defines sedition as...(c) to bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection against the administration of justice in Singapore;
If so, i got some ppl to nominate liao. ahaha

This is very unsatifying...so they mean we cannot point out errors done by the Government, even if its their wrong? huh?
(a) to show that the Government has been misled or mistaken in any of its measures;
(b) to point out errors or defects in the Government or the Constitution as by law established or in legislation or in the administration of justice with a view to the remedying of such errors or defects; hellow...... 
And we cannot also give with a view to remedying such errors? again, hellow?

its just a law/act to give authorities certain powers. Doesnt mean they will go around agressively enforcing itl
