Your conclusion is wrong.
Have you seen the size of the Global Hawk?
Just compare the wing spans, the current Global Hawk has a wing span of 116.2 ft (35.4 m). The B version will have a span of 130.9 ft (nearly 40 m).
The proposed MAV has only a 3m wingspan.
The reason for the different wing spans is that the Global Hawk was built for High Altitude, Long Endurance. The proposed MAV will probably fly much lower and zip in and out fast without lingering too long.
