  Singapore largest sewage treatment plant is on the Changi East reclaim land too. Thats a big shit hole in Changi.

  And like any SAF planning, they hv a backup flag in the air just in case during the actual day. That's what I observed couple yrs ago when 2 flag-bearing Super Pumas were in holding flight patterns over the southern isles.
