Indonesia's defence minister, Juwono Sudarsono, said on Sunday that China will help Jakarta develop propulsion and guidance systems for land- and ship-based missiles with a range of up to 150km. -

Lol, I would think more along the line of the prism defense array in Red Alert 2.
Can engage multiple targets with a single reflected beam.
Super low impedance mirrors, guided by radar would reflect the beams accordingly.
But of course, need some really kick ass trajectory formula to make it work. Not to mention that it wont work as well on a cloudy day.
