  really? i'm not so sure about that. what i do know is that judging from those anti-japanese protests that sparkled out few weeks ago, the Chinese are rather nationalistic and patroitic. Look how they nearly stoned the US embassy when the Chinese embassy got bombed in Belgrade in 1999. And to me personally, of an army of over 2 million, there can't possibly be all corrupted?
  
  That's my opinion only. And i know nothing about India's capabilities. Got to leave it to those 'experts' there to figure it out.
