I think Sg own part of EC120 company. EC120 might win. If it is really done to EC120 and Bell 206 then i think EC120 will have an advantage. This helicopter have a fan-tail which allows it to land or fly in a smaller area as compared to the Bell which have a conventional tail rotor. Another consideration is that the EC120 project is participated by a Singapore company,should be ST. This is quite old news,not sure if anyone can still remember this.

It also makes tactical sense. Can you imagine how much time a RPG gunner will have to aim when 14 men (2 sections) repell out of the SP? -
