You can't look at this , from another perspective because of what happened , though.
You must note that there were alot of contributing causes towards the fall ,
If the fall didn't happen , other things might happen , like a devastating civil war ...
Drunkards , corruptions , widespread poverty , disillusioned , separatist movements and a weakening military.. -
If the USSR never fell, the bloody terrorist would have focused their attention on it instead of the rest of the free world. Their "great satan" would still be siding with them in order to bring about the collapse of communist russia. 9/11 may never have happened...yet.
