By Buddhist definition, I am at "once-returner" level.
In Buddhism, the Sakadagami, "returning once" or "once-returner," is a partially enlightened person, who has cut off the first three chains with which the ordinary mind is bound, and significantly weakened the fourth and fifth. Sakadagamiship is the second stage of the four stages of enlightenment.
The Sakadagami will be reborn into the human world once more. If, however, he attains the next stage of enlightenment (Anagamiship) in this life, he will not come back to the human world.
By modern definition, I am a 4th density human.
In 4Density human, you have the higher human attributes, the refined intellect : art, music, conscious awareness, imagination, creativity and what you call "psychic abilities". A 4D human is aware of itself as consciouness, as creative force, and it understands that its consciousness creates its perception of reality.
Hi SoulDivine, no you have not attained "once-returner level". It is best not to put claims as it may result in negative karma of false speech.
A once-returner is someone who has already directly realized (and not only intellectually understood) the teachings of no-self. See Stage 5 of http://awakeningtoreality.blogspot.com/2007/03/thusnesss-six-stages-of-experience.html
And even then, it may just be a stream entry level of enlightenment.
Once-returner has nothing to do with what you described as 4th density human.
I am just following what is written in wikipedia, it is harmless. And after reading your blog, I am somewhere between stage 3~4.
It is true that I experience something like this:
"Somehow something is blocking the natural flow of my innermost essence and preventing me from re-living the experience. Presence is still there but there is no sense of ‘totality’."
It is also possible for me to hear sound without any self-awareness, but it is uncommon.
Additional sharing for readers:
From what I understand, the requirements to “move” out of the Wheel of Reincarnation goes something like these:
Complete life lessons
Complete "unfinished business"
Balance karma
Recovery of soul fragments
Pierce the veils of forgetfulness (amnesia)
Detachment from duality
These are general requirements and not specific ones.
Each soul has unique configurations or "soul desires", thus the specific requirements will always vary from individual to individual.
For example, you can have a soul that has desire to learn about war, poverty, control and oppression while another soul that has desire to learn about abundance, living in balance and harmony with Mother Earth. Both souls have already incarnated on Earth but the lessons and experience drawn to them will be very different from each other.
So theoretically, if we have billions and billions of souls incarnated on Earth, then we would have billions and billions possible soul configurations and specific requirements for ascension.
Notice that we are just scratching on the
surface of the subject... The Wheel of Reincarnation is rather
complex topic, it is not just about discarding a physical body and
entering a new one. It involves many levels and dimensions to a soul
and a lot care and planning was done in the higher dimensions prior
to a soul incarnation into the third density world.
To know
what are the lessons that are still outstanding for each individual,
one will need to have certain knowingness and awareness of his/her
current life plan. And to be able to read someone else life plan
accurately, one requires certain skill mastery and ability to access
information from the higher dimensions with minimum distortion.

Often said that our life after death constitutes the longest time we are in vs on earth. Better do good on earth before u are judged!

Yeah, but most of the people spend their lifetime planning for the short life span on earth and some did not give a thought to their after-life which is much longer than now.

You are right, comparing humans to computer. Though the computer stops functioning after it is dead but you can transfer the data to another computer and it starts to function again. Our body may be dead but our conscious is like the data, transfer to another body and we are alive again (reincarnation).
The Dalai Lama on Dzogchen and Rigpa:
“Dodurupchen says that all phenomena are quite definitely such that they arise as rigpa’s energy or rigpa’s display. From the point of view of the new schools of tantra (sarma), everything that appears arises as the display of great bliss, and the display of emptiness. In the terminology of Dzoghen whatever manifests arises as the display of rigpa, and that is certain. So the agent responsible for all of this as well as the space and ground for it all, is the single state of clear light. Everything, in fact , is the display or array of clear light… Such experiences of clear light will arise, and when they do, you are left without any fear of falling into samsara: you are left without any hope of attaining nirvana: you are left without any hope or fear whatsoever. All experiences and all feelings, be they good or bad, karma, its results, birth and death and change: all of this manifests as the magical display of clear light.

there are alot of unknown beyond the six senses of human beings which cannot be denied of its existence. For instance, radio wave, handphone transmission signal, x-ray radiation etc. Afterlife in buddhism is basically arahat, bodhisavattas and the ultimate Buddhahood, whose soul have completely liberated from concept of life after death of worldly beings. these categories of 'buddhists' (terms for arahat / bodhisavattas and those attain buddhahood is known as buddha) utilizing the body as of worldly beings to liberate those truly in need of knowing themselves
Would death be described in a scientific way? Does soul have an existence in the physical, whether it is a matter or non-matter? Like light does not take up space, but it exists.

If you want to understand the answers to these questions, you may have to find a real enlightened person to guide you. To these persons, these questions are non-issues.
That is, these questions will become irrelevant when you experientially realise certain truths.
Perhaps you may want to ponder this question 'what am I' ? Most people will try to find the answers through outward questioning... but for matters concerning their own existences/experiences the exploring will have to be directed inwards by looking at their own awareness.
Much has been written and taught about Life and Death, throughout history. The best way to learn and understand it is to remember or re-visit the experience personally in past lives:
