  rinse your mouth n gragle with salt, i'm sure it'll help to relieve your pain.

  I remember sometimes when I wake up in the morning and my throat hurts, I always drink warm water with a small teaspoon of salt stirred in it. It should help to sooth the throat abit.
  Then maybe you can try those cough syrup like nin jiom pi pa gao. and remember must drink lots of water too.

  after 5 days of sore throat torture i am well!! and i can conclude that:
  
  pei pa gao is not very useful for serious sore throats at all. i think i am immune to it.
  
  i went to c a doctor. he says that i am not suffering from normal sore throat. my sore throat is quite serioud. there are white dots in my neck. and a part of my throat, the skin come out so VERY PAIN!!!!
  
  but now i m alrite and i can sing!! next wed going to take part in the SYF choir compeitition...wish mi luck.
