kanna logged off

  i constantly get logged out of the forum automatically after an extended period of inactivity - say if i leave my comp on and go out for 1-2 hours.
  
  my cookies are on. so wat could be causing this?

  I beleive its an in-built function of sgforums that it logs off after an extended period of time, because I have the same issue too. Since you have cookies activated, I suggest you close your browser window and restart your browser when you come back. You need not log on again. I know its ley chey.

  the only problem wif being logged off is - its not consistent in terms of the duration b4 automatic logging off, and sometimes, it does not log me off at all! and since the thread icons indicate like the newly updated threads since my last login, being logged off automatically unknowingly will "reset" all the threads and the icons.

  Why is it when i auto-login, and I proceed to My Topics, the system logs me out again and prompts me to sign in ?

  Try clearing your cookies, closing all IE windows, and try again.
