Who own Sgforums? This forum has many tropics

Who own Sgforums? This forum has many topics, namely Taxi Driver, Chit Chat, Buses ... and I noticed respsective topic has different moderators nick. I understand the taxi driver topic is owned by nickname Poolman and moderate by him and other topic are moderate by other nickname. Are they the same person.? Can someone enlighten me? Can I also own a topic in sg forum and how to go about doing it?

please check through our list of existing subforums to ensure the theme/contents do not overlap
there is not need to pay for a subforum (though im thinking it shd be implemented. so as to assure quality)

Once u create a subforum, U will be subforum owner... U can appoint ur own moderators...

are we ever going to clean the forums? we got over 4000 subforums le I think (I base on the number ID of the new forums), some are simply inactive or only have like 1-2 thread with a few post... -
