CloudFlare's Always Online

  I have been getting the message below when I surf SGforums and TRE.    Is it true that SGF is using CloudFlare's Always Online?   If not , any kind souls out there can suggest what should I do to do away with this?  Sometimes , suddenly they just flashed across an error page when I surf.

  This page (http://www.temasekreview.com/) is currently offline. However, because the site uses CloudFlare's Always Online™ technology you can continue to surf a snapshot of the site. We will keep checking in the background and, as soon as the site comes back, you will automatically be served the live version. Alternatively, you can retry the live version.

  Refreshed the irritating message still appears.    I wrote to them they are taking their time to reply me.      Think it is a scam.

  There is nothing wrong with my eyes, can't you read that there are two others in this thread have the same problem.

  There is something wrong with your eyes for not detecting the posts of these two.
