  The "X" is outside of the banner, so practically, you need to click the X before it'll close~ if you click on the test "close", it'll actually close and reopen...

  Depend on the traffic of the website, unique visitor each day, month, year, and number of pages viewed, duration of each page view, and duration of stay, and many more factors.

  I think lao da choose the CPV(cost per view) model or CPE.. the more you view the ads, the more payout you're gonna get. Forumer tends not to click on ads, so CPC is definitely not the main model.

  These ads are strategically places, so that you will move on the ads

   

   

  Our community is about less than 1000 people, with less than 100 login regularly... so mathematically, the ads could only cover the cost of hosting... with very little profits..

  Actually..... Lao da if you see this... you can actually code it in this way such that

  P member = no display ads.

  Ordinary member = show ads.

  i see, actually the X is still in the banner and will close and reopen when i click. the "e" of the word "close" however is more outside the banner.
