I tried posting picture using the "tree image" and entering the picture URL but the picture does not appear. Is there any way that I can post picture using file from my computer folder then?

upload the picture from your computer to an online image/file hosting site
www.imageshack.us
www.tinypic.com
then copy the "direct link" URL into the image tree popup box
