Rude and Dangerous

I have just meet a rude and dangerous driver at Holland. The timing is around 2045-2100hrs. He was stop stationery at a bend on the road. I horn him and he argue that he on his haszer light. I told him the whole stretch of bend is DOUBLE yellow line and it is very dangeous and will kill. He follow me on the way home and he say if you die you deserve it and he turn and went off. I strongly urge all citiziten to refame from taking Silvercab, you might just endup dead/follow and unexpected results which may lead to .... Due to my family in the car i drove off and didn't get his car plate number. It should be SHB 395 but i think that the company system should be able to track the cab at that area.
This is the exact msg I send to Premier Taxis, lets see is there any reply. I beleive there won't be.

actually, I do believe only if it is yellow zarred lines, then we cant stop @ all.
but double yellow, if we on hazard lights, he may be doing something.
