Creating a Forum

  May i know if there are any conditions where i need to comply if i want to create a forum for usage?

  You just need to be registered, which you've done.
  
  Then click on Forums Manager on the left.

  it is directing to http://www.schoolwork.sgforums.com/
  
  You need to make it direct to http://schoolwork.sgforums.com/ without the www.
  
  So just go to the siggy page to delete it
  
  Alternatively, if you find it too long, you could do it like me, I made use of tinyurl to shorten everything so that I can fit more into my siggy
