  quite useless as most ppl still post in the posts....
  
  so wat if u know 59% likes extra safe, 20% likes fetherlite, 3% prefers ribbed and the rest does not use??

  u can create polls in a topic.. letting u see like which most liked or wat.. u can see it in most vBulletin forums..

  vBulletin allows moderators more power to delete individual posts. Can deal more effectively with flamers.
  
  In addition, most of them have a "report" button for offensive posts.

  I agree with TS to have voting mechanism.
  
  For example can ask:
  
  do you know how many singaporeans are employed or unemployed given that the current published statistics are based on RESIDENT numbers and not singaporeans numbers.
  
  If yes, click vote 'yes' and reply with the answer.
  
  If no, click no.
  
  like this can see how many are aware or unaware.
