Can't view icon

  Only recently, i realized that i can't view any icons on sgf... all the emoticons are not at all appearing... they appeared in words instead...
  
  The folder icon we usually see next to the topic title doesnt appear too... even the new reply button doesn't appear... may i know what is wrong? Thanks.
