  Take a few scoops of Milo powder, add hot water, very fresh. Fresher than cow's milk.

  Maybe because it's raw. Some people cannot tahan raw food, like me. I insist on everything to be cooked thoroughly. Immune system weak ma, one virus here and there everyday, later people think I have AIDS.

  Premature babies like that de lah. Until I was around 10 years old, then the immune system started to improve. But I still don't want to take risks. Once in a while still fall sick, and very jialat kind, you say leh?
