Deleting a forum / Removing expired threads

  Hi I'm having trouble with deleting my existing forums.
  
  So I was told that it can't be delete, I tried deleting all the threads instead. The expired threads that are in the archives cannot be deleted. Is there any solution on this?

  I think the site owners need to change the software platform used to run this board.

  you can't delete a forum
  
  you can't delete expired threads
  
  for archiving and compliance purposes
  prevent ppl from destroying evidence and oso to educate forumites to be responsible for wat they post bcos everything is logged.

  A fresh thread can still be restored by admin even if it has been deleted, can't it?

  Another thing: Admin (Jason) can also auto-delete posts even the thread is archived.
