  question u must ask yourself, what's the point of appointing moderators in the first place?
  
  a moderator's role is to manage his/her forum everyday to ensure rules are followed. actually, if the moderators are active, 2 or 3 mods is more than enough, if 1 is not free, the other 2 can take over the job.
  
  i understand that sometimes, if u have many friends in that forum, u want all of them to be moderators too, but well...
