How do we get someone banned?

This chap, Gazelle, has been abusing another forumite, Gedanken, for the past few months already. He even incorporated it in his signature!
Lately, he's been stepping up his insults yet again. We are all pretty much sick and tired of seeing his posts in Club 30 because he's always insulting Gedanken.
How do we go about getting Gazelle banned? I'm tired of editing his posts and warning him already.
Please help! Thanks!

Even if it's just because of their signature, how would you like it if some forumite were to put abusive things about you in their signature? -
Such trivial matters should be settled with a Free-For-All slugfest. If Gedanken can't the heat, he should leave.

It seems to me that Club30 doesnt quite welcome forumers that have participate in topic from BAR and there seems to be some kind of double standard in your forum.
Ban Gazelle? Who do you think you are? Just because you have posted more than 5000 posting that doesnt mean that you are a BiG F Deal. -
you can always edit his text to --- everytime he posts. this will discourage him.

And you're wrong... there are lots of Club 30 folks who post in BAR and everywhere else and I have absolutely no qualms with it. I don't even have problems with forumites who disagree or start slime wars, because they have the good sense to stop after a while.
Basically, if you stay away from Club 30, I don't care if you get banned or not. My message is just this, please stay away from Club 30. There are many other forums who might welcome you... just not mine. -

Well, you're right too. I guess I just got sick and tired of seeing someone insult someone else. As you might know, it's been MONTHS already and I do admire the few times when Ged actually kept silent on the issue and didn't respond to the taunting.
