  Find an image host like www.imageshack.us, upload the picture, copy the http link provide below and paste it between [*img][/img*], minus the *.

  Upload ur photo first ( www.photobucket.com ). Then cut and paste the link here. But remember to change the 'IMG' from block letters into small letters.
