"apologies' page after logging in....

usually when i log in everyday the apologies page will load after i press the login button......this is very irritating...is it a virus or what?? only after a few tries could i manage to log in withough the apologies page....and also when im logged in and when i press a topic link the apologies page will load...it says sorry due to blah blah blah blah if u register then wont have but register means being a member rite? then how come when i register still have?

Lets say you're travelling in a car on the CTE between the stretch of ang mo kio ave 3 and toa payoh heading towards moulemein exit on a typical weekday morning, say wednesday 0745 hours. The four lane expressway gets 2 lanes closed due to road works. Yeah, same thing.
