hello everyone,
this is my first time using this forum and I've encountered these problems,please help
1) I received an email telling me that my palprofile has already been approved,but when I went to 'my palprofile' in this forum,there's a note saying this:'Your palprofile has been disapproved.Please ensure that your profile meets our rules before posting it up again'.Why happened??
2)The photograph to be uploaded is to be a 2MB.Again,why is there a note saying this 'file upload error' when my picture is a 21KB one.Anyway,its a picture of myself.
3 Is my palprofile been uploaded in 'my pals' because I've clicked 'YES' to quite a number of pals to the other party.Till now,I've not heard of any replies from them.So,just wondering if they are able to see my profile
4)Is it possible for the moderators to give me my palprofile 'id' as I've seen all the pals in this forum have their own 'id'. Another reason is to confirm that my palprofile has already been uploaded in 'my pals' if the email sent to me is true.
So,all forumers please help me clear my doubts as I've been quite confused with all these queries..
