questions regarding setting up my own forum

ony a few questions
1) how much space allocated to me that I can use.
2) If a thread has not been followed for sometime will it be closed by other moderators other than myself? ie can other moderators allow to come in & lock up my thread?
3) If I'm no longer a P-member will the my forum be shut and contents deleted?
4) Is there a way to setup everything before I launch it?

2) 6 months expiry from the last post. If you modded someone, that someone can do almost everything like you can except changing the name and header of the forum you set up.
3) You do not need to be a p-member to have your own forum.
4) Everything happens in real time, just like post and reply topic. -

6 months auto topic expiry and closure from last edit, last reply, etc etc...
You don't need to be p-member to create your own forum, yes you heard me. -
